Dinosaur Revolution

Dinosaur Revolution

Pterosaur, Plesiosaur, Phytosaur…sure, they look like dinosaurs, spell like a dinosaurs...but guess what? Just because it ends with "s-a-u-r", doesn't mean it begins with "d-i-n-o."

Uncover the facts and fossils about dinosaurs in Dinosaur Revolution as you LIVE LARGE in reptilian role-play activities, undertake three Mesozoic Missions spanning 150 million years and mimic dinosaur behavior. Become a junior paleontologist and find evidence of your dinosaur doings; learn why dinosaurs are one of the most successful survivors in earth’s history; and unearth a shocking discovery: dinosaurs may not be extinct!

Glide through the eras!

It's DINO-mite!

Did T-Rex live closer in time to Apatosaurus or your mom? Were dinosaurs warm-blooded? Are they really extinct? Driven by questions and answers, Dinosaur Revolution challenges visitor knowledge, presents cutting-edge discoveries, and debunks popular myths.

Travel through time and get a dinosaur’s eye view! Experience what its like to crush the earth beneath your gigantic feet as you Make Tracks in the Triassic. Learn to fly as you Glide through the Jurassic.

Return to the present day, earn your Jr. Paleontologist credentials and engage in the most current dino-debates. Testify in T-Rex’s defense, save the natural history museum from an expensive fossil hoax, and scale a wall of mysteries as you Climb Through Time.

Make Tracks in the Triassic – When it comes to dino feet, the bigger the better! Jump into one of three types of dinosaur feet and make an impression. The tracks you make will be important clues later on in your adventure!

Dino Push Ups – Dinosaurs are reptiles but not all reptiles are dinosaurs. Drop and give me five Dino-reps to figure out the difference.

Climb Through Time – There’s more to dirt than meets the eye! Scale the soil stratification climbing wall and discover that time is captured in the dirt.

Glide through the Jurassic – You don’t need wings to fly, but the dinosaurs did!  Did Archaeopteryx learned to fly by jumping up or jumping down?

Jr. Paleontologist Academy – Do You Like to Get Dirty? Questions and answers lead the way to understanding that each of us can help reveal the mysteries surrounding dinosaurs.

Is it a Dino? – Just because it ends with “saur’ doesn’t mean it begins with “Dino”. Test your knowledge with surprising results!

Create-a-Dino – Build the Dinosaur baby boom! Grab some body parts and bring your prehistoric vision to life.

Genus Quest – Be a Genus Genius! Spin the wheel and go in search of hidden dinosaurs within the maze. You’ll be amazed at all the facts you can gather!

Mystery Fossil Dig – Eli E. Roneus, owner of Con Man’s Coal Mine, claims he has discovered a collection of fossils and has offered a museum the chance to buy them.  The museum is sending you,  a recent graduate of the Jr. Paleontology Academy, to investigate. Your job: to examine the fossils, determine if they are authentic and learn whether fossils should be bought and sold.

Claw and Order – T-Rex is accused of first degree predation! The Society for the Preservation of an Innocent T-Rex (S.P.I.T) has hired you to testify in his defense! After examining the evidence you will report your findings to the jury.

Cladogram Challenge – Go out on a limb and see what’s up the dinosaur family tree!  Learn who’s who by classifying the different dinosaurs into their scientific category (clade).

Donation Station – Drop a coin into a pachinko machine…your coin travels millions of years in an effort to evolve with the birds. If it makes it, you get your coin back, but if it doesn’t, like most dinosaurs, your coin becomes a donation to the hosting institution.

Timeline Tunnel: How long is 150 milllion years?  And how long does that compare to the time modern human beings have been on the Earth?  See first hand in the Timeline Tunnel.

When a rainstorm washes poor Arlo (Raymond Ochoa) downriver, he ends up bruised, battered and miles away from home. Good fortune shines on the frightened dino when he meets Spot (Jack Bright), a Neanderthal boy who offers his help and friendship. Together, the unlikely duo embark on an epic adventure to reunite Arlo with his beloved family.
