Sidekick Scientists
Sidekick Scientists: Adventures in STEAM is an early school aged program where kids and their grown ups will work together to complete STEAM challenges, games and art activities alongside other families.During this program we’ll be learning more about nature and the environment in the Central PA region.
Dates and Times
Sidekick Scientists runs January to May, on select Saturday afternoons, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the STEM Design Studios.
Pricing
Tickets are $8 per member or $12 per non-member – per student, per workshop! Visit the Box Office the day of the workshop to add on a ticket to the Science Center.
Each child ticket includes admission for one accompanying adult.
If inquiring about complimentary admission with an ACCESS card, please contact info@whitakercenter.org to discuss the registration process.
Registration
Pre-registration is required. Registration will stay open until the start of the program.
Please Note: UPMC Science Center exploration before your workshop is NOT included in the price of your workshop. UPMC Science Center hours are 10:00am-5:00pm and tickets can be purchased at the Box Office the day of your workshop.
