Sunoco Performance Theater
Tickets for all performances in the Sunoco Performance Theatre sold by Whitaker Center are the same price through all sales channels – in-person, over the phone, or online.
Tickets by Mail
Tickets ordered by mail will be subject to a $2.00 per order fee. Tickets should be received within 7 to 10 business days after the date of purchase. If you do not receive your tickets within 3 business days of the event, please contact our box office at 717-214-2787.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the Whitaker Center Box Office during public operating hours; 10:00am-4:30pm, Friday-Monday. On event days, the Box Office will open 1 hour prior to the event. A valid photo ID of the person who purchased the tickets or an order number is required to claim tickets at will call. The Box Office reserves the right to not release tickets if the required identification or purchase information is not presented.
Performance Ticketing – Authenticity
We encourage you to purchase tickets on our website or by calling 717-214-2787. If ticket-buyers want the ultimate protection, then they should buy only from a primary agent. Ticketmaster and eTix are the only third-party ticket agents authorized by Whitaker Center to sell tickets to Whitaker Center events. The Whitaker Center is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. Invalid tickets must be confiscated by the venue and a copy of the tickets will be provided at the customer’s request.
Ticket Refunds/Exchanges
All ticket sales are final.
There are no refunds of tickets or fees for any reason including, but not limited to, seat location, quality of event, or weather. In the event of inclement weather, the show will go on as long as the artist is at the venue and able to perform.
Tickets to missed events or past shows cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Options may include rescheduling, exchanging for a future event, or receiving a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such situations, and we remain committed to providing flexible solutions for our guests. Please note that processing times for refunds or exchanges may vary depending on the event.
Gift Card Policy
Whitaker Center Gift Cards may be used to purchase tickets, memberships, and concessions through Whitaker Center. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
