Your membership will be immediately available upon purchase and will be valid for one full year. If you are renewing, your new membership benefits will begin immediately after your current membership ends.

Recognition in Membership Newsletter
For a seamless check-in at the Box Office, please take note of the following requirements:
- Children may not enter the UPMC Science Center using a membership card unless one of the two named adult members on the card is present.
- Members must present a valid membership card and a photo ID at check-in to be admitted to the UPMC Science Center.
- At least one adult is required to remain with any minors in the group for the entire duration of the visit.
- Individuals under the age of 18 may not be listed as a named adult on a membership account or card.

Library Membership Program
With Whitaker Center’s Library Membership program, branches can purchase a family tier membership for their communities to borrow, allowing access for up to two (2) adults and four (4) children per day.
Users of the pass must present their library cards and identification with matching name upon arrival, in addition to the Whitaker Center Library Membership Card.
Guests must abide by all Whitaker Center policies at all times.
This membership level does not include inclusion in the ASTC Passport Program, discounted pricing for cinema tickets, discounted concessions pricing, or special member pricing for events.

Sunoco Performance Theater Membership Subscription
2025-2026

Your Emerald Subscription Membership includes the purchase of two seats that you preselect, available for two weeks after the announced on-sale date. You will receive email communication regarding our shows and on sale dates. In addition, you will receive two refillable Whitaker Center cups that can be taken into the Theater. Your Membership will expire on June 30, 2026. (However, if a concert is rescheduled after this date, your membership privileges will be honored at the rescheduled date)

Your Ruby Subscription Membership includes the purchase of two seats that you preselect, available for two weeks after the announced on-sale date. You will receive email communication regarding our shows and on sale dates. In addition, you will receive two refillable Whitaker Center cups that can be taken into the Theater, and one free parking pass per show for the Walnut Street Garage (must present membership and ID). Your Membership will expire on June 30, 2026. (However, if a concert is rescheduled after this date, your membership privileges will be honored at the rescheduled date)

Capital Blue Cross Diamond Lounge
Your Blue Diamond Subscription Membership includes the purchase of two seats that you preselect, available for two weeks after the announced on- sale date. You will receive email communication regarding our shows and on sale dates. In addition, you will receive two refillable Whitaker Center cups that can be taken into the Theater, one free parking pass per show for the Walnut Street Garage (must present membership and ID), and the opportunity to enjoy complimentary snacks and a private cash wine and beer bar in the Blue Diamond Lounge area. Your Membership will expire on June 30, 2026. (However, if a concert is rescheduled after this date, your membership privileges will be honored at the rescheduled date)
