We can’t wait to welcome you for an incredible night at Whitaker Center! Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive.
ARRIVAL & ENTRY
Doors open: Doors open one hour prior to showtime

We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, drinks (if available), and getting settled before the show begins.

Please have your digital ticket ready on your phone, or bring a printed copy if preferred.
IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE (PLEASE READ)
The parking garage connected to Whitaker Center is now operated by a company that uses app-based payment ONLY.
To make your exit smooth and stress-free, we strongly recommend:
Before you arrive:
- Download the parking app: Download the parking app: Metropolis (Apple) or Register your vehicle online (Android)
- Create an account
- You will need the license plate number of the vehicle you will be parking
- Add a payment method
No smartphone? No problem.
If you’d like help, please stop by the lobby desk before the show or at intermission — our team will be happy to assist.

Primary Parking:
Walnut Street Parking Garage (connected to Whitaker Center [located at Arcade Level])
Additional options may be available nearby:
- Most Street parking in downtown Harrisburg is free after 5:00 P.M. Monday-Saturday and all day on Sundays. Please refer to this map for hourly parking rates.
- Parkmobile App: Harrisburg City has partnered with the popular parking app, Parkmobile, to make metered street parking more convenient for guests. See description and full list of discounts here.

WHAT’S ALLOWED INSIDE THE THEATER

- Large bags/coolers
- Open containers, bottles, and glasses
- Professional cameras/recording devices
QUICK REMINDERS
- Restrooms are available in the lobby area.
- Bar: All patrons must be 21+. Valid ID must be provided. Whitaker Center and its partners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is seemingly underage or exceedingly intoxicated.
- Please silence phones during the performance.
