Whitaker Unplugged
What is Whitaker Unplugged? It's an opportunity for local, acoustic singer-songwriters to perform their original music in a coffee-shop-style atmosphere in our beautiful AMP Lobby off the Market Street entrance. Whitaker Unplugged will motivate and recognize local singer-songwriters by providing an excellent chance to be heard – and an opportunity to win a cash prize!
As an audience member you not only get the joy of discovering new music, appreciate the art of songwriting, but you are also a judge! NEW for 2020, the votes of Unplugged audience members and the popular vote will be included as one of our official judges.
Support your favoritie local musician and witness these talented artists as they have their moment to shine in front of their peers, the audience, and the judges – but also have a chance to win a cash prize and gain exposure in the Central PA music scene with their original music! And who knows where that could lead from here!
This is now a BYOB event. Ticket holders may bring your own bottle of wine or 6-pack to enjoy in the lobby area.
