STARS
applications are accepted on a continuing
basis and are filed until the next interview
session. You will be sent a letter notifying
you that your application was received,
and then contacted at the appropriate
time for an interview. Interviews are
conducted three times per year–early December,
early April, and early August. The interviewing
and selection process is competitive,
as there are a limited number of STARS
positions available. Application due date
for each four-month cycle are below.

As a result of the overwhelming response
to STARS, applications will not be accepted
for a cycle past the stated due date.
If your application is received after
the due date for a cycle, you will be
considered for the following cycle.
