WOW...
Science to Go
Whitaker On Wheels (WOW) is a traveling troupe of professional actors that takes science theatre on the road and to your school. This outreach program offers large- and small-scale presentations that can serve as an exciting pre- or post-visit extension to your Whitaker Center visit or as a great educational experience on its own. SDPC participants receive a 10% discount.

Race to Renew

Super Cold Science

Super cold liquid nitrogen goes on the road to make this demonstration one of the coolest around.We illustrate the three states of matter, shatter balloons, liquefy your breath, and make liquid nitrogen ice cream…what better way to wrap up a cool show! We’ll spark your students’ interest in the shocking world of static electricity by using a Van de Graaff generator to illustrate electron build-up, discharge, and static electricity safety.

Discounts for multiple bookings on same day, same location. School districts participating in Whitaker Center’s School District Partnership Contract (SDPC) Program receive a 10% discount on WOW performances. For SDPC details, please call the Director of Education at (717) 221-8201 ext. 1144.
