Hailed as one of the greatest acts to come out of Ireland in 20 years, the critically acclaimed Celtic Crossroads is an explosion of youthful energy and dazzling musicianship. After mastering their craft in Galway, Ireland, the group brought their talents to the U.S. in 2005, receiving mass success with audiences and critics alike.
The show draws upon the very purist and traditional music influences from Ireland, but also goes well beyond this ─ by tracing and including other genres in the traditional music family. With a cast of two step dancers and seven musicians who play 22 different instruments on stage, the show takes audience members on a voyage of Irish traditional music ─ from its roots to other genres in its musical family, including gypsy, bluegrass, folk and jazz. Currently in its third year of touring, Celtic Crossroads recently released their live DVD/CD combo, recorded at The Black Box Theatre in Galway, Ireland.

Armed with an arsenal of instruments, award-winning band Mythica takes listeners on a sonic rollercoaster ride with their funky Celtic jams, jaunty Newgrass tunes, and emotional folk rock ballads that are inventive yet accessible, fresh yet familiar.
Mythica was dubbed “Best Band” in 2006 by 93.7 FM WSTW, and “Best Celtic Fusion Band” in the U.S. in 2007 by Celtic MP3 Music Magazine. In 2008, lead singer Melissa Cox was awarded “Best Singer/Songwriter” by Spark Magazine and “Best Musical Folk Artist” by Delaware Division of the Arts. Cox was also a finalist in the 2004 Song of the Year Contest for her tune elijah, elijah. To date, Mythica has self-published two critically-acclaimed studio recordings, Dangerous Little Monster (4 song EP, 2006), and Vicarious (9 song LP, 2007).
