From the factory floor to the seat of test pilot Mike Carriker, IMAX® provides a view of aviation that we have never seen before. Legends in Flight 3D: A New Generation will be shown in conjunction with Whitaker Center’s newest permanent gallery, Move It!, focusing on the science of motion, transportation, and how machines work. Bring your budding engineer or challenge the experienced ones—guests will be invited to try their hand at experiments like building simple machines with others using pulleys and gears, pumping pistons in a giant engine, and exploring energy sources. From the invention of the wheel to the largest airplane in history, all the basics are the same. Find out how they move!
