LISTEN: Death Don't Have No Mercy

Rock and Roll Hall alumnus, Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady have been performing together for the past 50 years. After creating the soundtrack of the ‘60s and originating from The Triumphs and Jefferson Airplane, the duo formed the iconic blues-roots band Hot Tuna. Through two decades of acoustic and electric concerts, and recording more than two dozen albums, the band released As Steady As She Goes (2011) ─ their first studio album in 20 years.

LISTEN: Sweet Jane

The Canadian alternative country/blues/folk rock band was formed in Toronto in 1985 by Margo Timmins (vocalist), Michael Timmins (songwriter, guitarist), Peter Timmins (drummer) and Alan Anton (bassist). The Junkies’ 1986 debut album was the blues-inspired Whites Off Earth Now!! The band was nominated for Group of the Year at the Juno Awards in 1990 and 1991. Their latest albums include, Sing in My Meadow and Demons - The Nomad Series, Vol. 2.

LISTEN: The Unicorn Song

The story of the Irish Rovers includes, hosting three award-winning television series, topping the music charts again and again, more than 45 years of international recordings, and touring their music around the world. In 2010, the Irish Rovers released the album, Gracehill Fair, which earned Song of the Year at the VIMA's for the title track. The Rovers returned to their roots, while filming in Northern Ireland for their DVD/television special, Home in Ireland. Drunken Sailor is the band’s latest work and will be released in 2012.

Inspired by blues, rock, R&B and jazz, George Winston began playing the organ and electric piano in 1967. Since the ‘80s Winston has released a multitude of piano albums including, Autumn and the platinum selling Winter Into Spring and December. Winston’s latest solo piano release is Love Will Come - The Music of Vince Guaradli, Vol. 2, featuring compositions by the late jazz pianist, including pieces from the Peanuts® TV specials.
